Assignment Turn-in

To help distinguish objects and make it look more similar to the original asteroids vector graphics I created a shader that runs an additional draw pass expanding the 3d shapes along their normals and drawing a flat color.

There are still two debug commands available.  'P' to turn on bullet screen-wrapping, and 'O' to get an extra life.
